RICHMOND, Va.–The Hilb Group, LLC (THG) announced the acquisition of Mahwah, New Jersey-based P.A. Post Agency, LLC and its subsidiaries. The transaction became effective April 1, 2016.
Through four generations of family ownership, P.A. Post Agency has remained one of the country’s premier transportation insurance agencies since its founding in 1915. It has since provided high-caliber insurance products for all transportation classes, including school and charter buses, ambulances, limos and taxis.

Brad Post, P.A. Post Agency president, will continue to lead the company’s 43 employees under its existing name.
